Sports Recovery is a treatment that utilizes passive and active therapy techniques to help you recover faster, improve your mobility, promote relaxation of tight and sore muscles.
During your session, your therapist may use a variety of modalities such as sports massage, stretch therapy, cupping, scraping or compression based on your particular needs.
How Often Should I Do Recovery?
For runners and active adults, recovery should be an integral part of any fitness plan and is recommended after any week of high volume or high intensity training.
